I had completed the FAW several times and recently completed the EFAW course with four minutes. The day was really well delivered, interactive and examples were tailored to our specific workplaces. Attended a Baby and Child First Aid course with Four Minutes. Found it really useful, the instructor covered several different emergency scenarios and provided us with an array of tools to use for each occasion. The course included a lot of practice on life size dummies, which made everything more realistic. We certainly left the room with life-saving knowledge and more confidence in how to handle an emergency situation. Great value for money too. Strongly recommend it to everyone who lives or works with babies and young children.read more

I went along to the baby and infant first aid training day in Caerphilly to refresh my skills. This was a great morning, the trainer was very friendly and professional and gave excellent instructions along with the chance to practice on the first aid Manikins after each theory session. This is definitely a great training for parents to be or new parents to give the confidence in CPR, choking and the recovery position for both babies and infants. As well as paediatric first aid, the course covered adults and younger infants so I'm now confident I would know how to help in a number of situations. After a very early start this morning travelling here I can say it has been more than worthwhile! Today I completed a paediatric first aid course and am now trained as an emergency first aid responder. The skills and information I have learnt today are life saving to infants, children and adults. It’s vital that everyone can administer first aid as it really does save lives, it’s crazy how many deaths can be prevented. A massive thanks to four minutes ltd for everything today and all the equipment and knowledge I now have. Highly recommend to anyone interested.

Me and my husband attended the 2 hour baby and toddler first aid training in Caerphilly library. We have a 5 month old son who has just started eating so we wanted to feel confident in case he was to choke or anything worse was to happen. The course was brilliant. Fontina is a great teacher and made everything so easy to understand and learn. She was welcoming and I felt I could ask any question. The course was a perfect mix of teaching, slides, videos and practice of techniques. We have left feeling confident in first aid techniques. The venue was comfortable and spacious, perfect for the teaching. Thank you so much, we would recommend this.

Attended an infant and baby first aid course with Fotini in Caerphilly library on Saturday 23rd June. A full curriculum with a heavy focus on CPR and Choking- both of which I found easy to understand and have left with a lot of confidence to use my new skills should I ever need to. If you are pregnant it is worth noting that some of the exercises rely on your ability to kneel on the floor to take part, of you would find this difficult I would be worth either taking a cushion or waiting until you are fit enough.

I did the Baby and Child First Aid course with Four Minutes at Llanishan Leisure. Highly recommended for parents to give confidence that you can help should something happen to your little ones. A great reminder and update of my CPR knowledge, with baby and child dummies to practice on. Shown how to deal with choking, and used a defibrillator. A lot was covered in the 2hr session in a friendly environment. Very reasonable price.
