Disasters are becoming more frequent and more severe as a result of climate change, urban density, and interdependent infrastructure. When emergencies occur, professional responders are often delayed or overwhelmed, leaving communities to act on their own in the critical first hours or days.
This course equips participants with advanced skills in preparedness, response coordination, and recovery leadership, enabling households, businesses, and communities to function safely, decisively, and cooperatively during crises.
