Mental Health First Aid Level 2

Mental Health is all about our emotional, psychological and well-being state and forms the basis of how we behave. It impacts how we manage stress when we are at work or at home with family and friends. Mental health also influences what choices we make and how we act towards others. Over 400 million people currently experience mental health problems and this equates to over 12 million lost working days each year due to work-related stress, anxiety or depression. Becoming a Mental Health first aider at your workplace will enable you to help colleagues that may be suffering from ill mental health.
