What is Manual Handling
Manual handling is the transferring, or handling, of a bodily load by hand, including: pushing, pulling, lifting, lowering, carrying or moving.

Why bother?
A third of all three-day or over injuries reported are caused by poor manual handling techniques.

We will teach you about:

  • The Spine and it’s anatomy
  • Common Injuries: lower back pain, Sciatica, Tension, Bursitis

Description:

We are based in Caerphilly Business Park in Britannia House open Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. We have a variety of training  locations from the Cwrt in Llanishen to the Lisvane & Llanishen Reservoirs Visitor Centre, Lisvane Road,  and the Welsh Ice centre in caerphilly to suit large or small classes and an on-site cafe will serve you lunch, refreshments and snacks during your training breaks.
