Mini Medics First Aid is an interactive and engaging first aid course designed primarily for children aged 7–11 years, although the programme can be adapted to suit children of all ages.
This practical 2-hour training session introduces young learners to essential life-saving skills, helping them develop confidence, emergency awareness, and the ability to respond calmly and effectively when someone needs help.

- CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)
- Using a Defibrillator (AED)
- Recovery Position
- Choking Emergencies
- Asthma Awareness
- Wounds and Bleeding
