I had completed the FAW several times and recently completed the EFAW course with four minutes. The day was really well delivered, interactive and examples were tailored to our specific workplaces. It was also good to get a chance to use a few different types of defibrillator as I hadn't used these before but would be very comfortable using now.

Great course offered at a fantastic price. Very knowledgable instructor who is very detail orientated. Would highly recommend taking part in one of the courses offered as you never know when you may need to use the skills you learn.

Attended a Baby and Child First Aid course with Four Minutes. Found it really useful, the instructor covered several different emergency scenarios and provided us with an array of tools to use for each occasion. The course included a lot of practice on life size dummies, which made everything more realistic. We certainly left the room with life-saving knowledge and more confidence in how to handle an emergency situation. Great value for money too. Strongly recommend it to everyone who lives or works with babies and young children.

For my first aid at work course this was extremely helpful, I learned so much that I wasn't expecting to learn and the instructor was really good they got involved with a lot of the practical. Would really recommend doing the emergency and first aid at work course here

As a dentist I often attend courses that are designed to be box ticking exercises. Four minutes training was the opposite of this and surpassed all my expectations - Fotini is knowledgable and enthusiastic and I got so much more out of this than I imagined. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend.

I went along to the baby and infant first aid training day in Caerphilly to refresh my skills. This was a great morning, the trainer was very friendly and professional and gave excellent instructions along with the chance to practice on the first aid Manikins after each theory session. This is definitely a great training for parents to be or new parents to give the confidence in CPR, choking and the recovery position for both babies and infants. Thank you for a lovely informative morning.

I attended the Basic Life Skills (BLS) course on 17/09/2018. It was a mixture of theory, demonstration and practical skills. The tutor Fotini was friendly and knowledgeable, and the course was delivered in a relaxed and enjoyable manner. I learned so much and would thoroughly recommend the course to everyone

I attended the paediatric first aid course recently and we learned lots about CPR, choking, serious injuries and how to treat them. Fotini was a excellent instructor, would highly recommend to anyone looking for first aid training!

I did the emergency first aid at work course and I found it very interesting and beneficial. The instructor is very professional and was happy to help with any questions I wanted to ask. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting to learn more about first aid

The Basic Life Support course was delivered brilliantly by Fotini and the equipment, videos and training materials were very useful in aiding my learning. Very comfortable course and Fotini was full of knowledge and answered all questions I had expertly. Would recommend.

This is a brilliant course. I found it to be very informative and now feel more confident if I ever find myself in a situation where I need to provide basic life support/first aid. Attended a 2 hour course in Caerphilly library last month.Very informative and as someone who hasn’t got any first aid experience found it very helpful.I now feel confident and know what i would need to do if a situation was to occur.Great course leader, very knowledgeable and got us all involved.Really good course if you have little ones of your own I would highly recommend it!

Brilliant, informative course that covers the vital areas of First Aid in great depth. So much more knowledgable and confident in First Aid now and feel i could apply First Aid with confidence. I attended the Four Minutes first aid course so that I would know what to do in the event of an accident involving my daughter. As well as paediatric first aid, the course covered adults and younger infants so I'm now confident I would know how to help in a number of situations. Fotini was a brilliant trainer and I will be recommending the course to my group of mum friends as well as any one else who would like to know basic first aid!

After a very early start this morning travelling here I can say it has been more than worthwhile! Today I completed a paediatric first aid course and am now trained as an emergency first aid responder. The skills and information I have learnt today are life saving to infants, children and adults. It’s vital that everyone can administer first aid as it really does save lives, it’s crazy how many deaths can be prevented. A massive thanks to four minutes ltd for everything today and all the equipment and knowledge I now have. Highly recommend to anyone interested.

Me and my husband attended the 2 hour baby and toddler first aid training in Caerphilly library. We have a 5 month old son who has just started eating so we wanted to feel confident in case he was to choke or anything worse was to happen. The course was brilliant. Fontina is a great teacher and made everything so easy to understand and learn. She was welcoming and I felt I could ask any question. The course was a perfect mix of teaching, slides, videos and practice of techniques. We have left feeling confident in first aid techniques. The venue was comfortable and spacious, perfect for the teaching. Thank you so much, we would recommend this.

Attended an infant and baby first aid course with Fotini in Caerphilly library on Saturday 23rd June. A full curriculum with a heavy focus on CPR and Choking- both of which I found easy to understand and have left with a lot of confidence to use my new skills should I ever need to. If you are pregnant it is worth noting that some of the exercises rely on your ability to kneel on the floor to take part, of you would find this difficult I would be worth either taking a cushion or waiting until you are fit enough.

I recently attended the infant & toddler first aid course. It covered everything you need to know including choking & bleeding as well as infant & child CPR. Very informative & carried out in a relaxed environment too. I highly recommend this course if you have young children.

I did the Baby and Child First Aid course with Four Minutes at Llanishan Leisure. Highly recommended for parents to give confidence that you can help should something happen to your little ones. A great reminder and update of my CPR knowledge, with baby and child dummies to practice on. Shown how to deal with choking, and used a defibrillator. A lot was covered in the 2hr session in a friendly environment. Very reasonable price.

The First Aid Training course we received from Four Minutes was excellent. We had a really enjoyable experience and everyone was made to feel at ease during the practicals. Personally the course has given me the confidence if needed to give first aid.

Attended a great course today, for Emergency First Response Life Support. Very fund and friendly course with lots to learn, which can help to save lives. Very good value for money and learned a lot.
